The world is ending; humanity is facing its inevitable extinction. Using humanity’s last aircraft, it is up to you to try to save Earth from annihilation. Control and maneuver the aircraft to defeat all the Rolling Cube enemies; fire, shoot, and blast them to pieces and make them regret they messed with the wrong species. Avenge the Earth with the touch of your finger and challenge your friends to see who can be the best and the fastest to become the world’s mightiest hero.
Mechanics:
The Vort is a hybrid of Space Impact and Flappy Bird where you tap the screen of your phone to keep the aircraft from falling, to keep the aircraft from crashing against the enemies, and to fire the bullets to destroy the Rolling Cube enemies.
Your level automatically gets saved and you will retain your multiplier if you hit continue every time you die in the game; if you opt for retrying or returning back to the home screen, it is only then your multiplier will reset back to 1. Just keep in mind that the higher the multiplier the more XP you can gain and the faster you can level up. With each level up, the Vort gets strong and its fire rate increases but there is an added challenge to gain more XP. The higher the level, the more difficult the obstacles become. You may be able to unlock weapon upgrades at certain levels.
The toughest of the enemies would be the green cube; be wary of the red laser, once you see it, stay away from it because a very fast invincible enemy is approaching. Also take note of the warning sign that will appear on your screen as it means that there is a swarm of enemies coming your way.
